Tóm tắt tiếng Việt: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả tình trạng dinh dưỡng của 97 người bệnh đái tháo đường (ĐTĐ) type II khi nhập viện tại đơn vị nội tiết – hô hấp, bệnh viện đại học y Hà Nội năm 2020. Kết quả cho thấy chỉ số khối cơ thể (body mass index -BMI) trung bình là 22,8±2,8, trong đó đối tượng có BMI trong giới hạn bình thường chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất là 72,2%, tiếp theo là tình trạng thừa cân 22,7%. Vòng bụng trung bình là 85,6±11,4 cm, béo bụng 66,0%. Các chỉ số có tỷ lệ cao nhất HbA1C ≥ 7%; glucose lúc đói lớn hơn 7,2 mmol/l; LDL-C ≥ 2,6 mmol/l; HDL-C ≥ 1 mmol/l; triglycerid ≥1,7 mmol/l và cholesterol toàn phần thấp hơn 5,2 mmol/l tương ứng là 84,5%; 83,5%; 61,9%; 60,8%; 84,5% và 53,6%.
English summary: A cross-sectional study was to describe nutritional status of 97 patients with type II diabetes mellitus being hospitalized at the endocrinology-respiratory unit, Hanoi medical university hospital in 2020. Results showed that average body mass index (BMI) was 22.8±2.8; of which the subjects with BMI within the normal range was accounted for the highest rate of 72.2%, followed by overweight of 22.7%. Average waist circumference was 85.6±11.4 cm, abdominal fat rate was 66.0%. The rate of HbA1C from 7% and more, fasting glucose greater than 7.2 mmol/l; LDLc from 2.6 mmol/l and more; HDLc greater than 1 mmol/l; triglycerides of 1.7 mmol/l and more and total cholesterol less than 5.2 mmol/l was 84.5%; 83.5%; 61.9%; 60.8%; 84.5% and 53.6%, respectively.
