Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: 1. Đánh giá tình trạng dinh dưỡng (TTDD) ở bệnh nhân bệnh phổi tắc nghẽn mạn tính (BPTNMT) giai đoạn ổn định; 2. Mô tả khẩu phần ăn thực tế ở bệnh nhân BPTNMT tại Bệnh viện Bạch Mai. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được tiến hành trên 217 bệnh nhân BPTNMT, điều trị ngoại trú tại Bệnh viện Bạch Mai từ 09/2015 đến 1/2016. Kết quả: Tình trạng dinh dưỡng theo SGA: mức A (73,3%), mức B (20,3%); mức C (6,4%). Tình trạng dinh dưỡng theo BMI: nhóm thiếu cân (25,6%); nhóm thừa cân béo phì (5,5%). Mức năng lượng bình quân trên đầu người của đối tượng nghiên cứu là 1490 kcal/người/ngày đáp ứng được 87,6% so với nhu cầu khuyến nghị. Tỷ lệ Protein:Lipid:Glucid là 17:15:68 là không cân bằng so với nhu cầu khuyến nghị. Kết luận: Bệnh càng nặng nguy cơ SDD càng cao, nghiên cứu cho thấy mối liên quan giữa khẩu phần thực tế và nguy cơ SDD ở đối tượng nghiên cứu.

Abstract

Study objective: 1. Assess nutritional status in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. Describe dietary intake in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at Bach Mai hospital. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in 217 patients with stable COPD at the Outpatient Department of Bach Mai hospital from Sep 2015 to Jan 2016. Results: Nutritional status as per SGA: A level (73.3%), B level (20.3%); C level (6.4%). Nutritional status according to BMI: underweight group (25.6%); overweight and obesity group (5.5%). Average energy level of dietary intake was 1490 kcalo/person/day, meeting 87.6% of Recommended Dietary Allowances. The ratio of key nutrients Protein:Lipid:Glucid was 17:15:68 which was unbalanced. Conclusion: The more severe the disease is the higher risk of malnutrition is. There is a correlation between malnutrition and food intake of patients with COPD.
