Hiệu quả của 2 loại sản phẩm, hoặc giàu vi chất kết hợp với men tiêu hoá sinh học, probiotics (Vibozyme, nhóm 1), hoặc giàu vi chất đơn thuần (nhóm 2) được thử nghiệm trên trẻ từ 12-36 tháng tuổi biếng ăn sau sử dụng kháng sinh. Số liệu về tiêu thụ thực phẩm, biếng ăn, nhân trắc được thu thập tại các thời điểm 7 ngày, 14 ngày, 21 ngày bổ sung sản phẩm, và 14 ngày sau ngừng bổ sung sản phẩm). Kết quả: Cả 2 loại sản phẩm đều có tác dụng cải thiện tình trạng biếng ăn ở trẻ sau 14 ngày, 21 ngày can thiệp; tác dụng này còn tiếp tục được duy trì sau 14 ngày ngừng can thiệp. Tình trạng dinh dưỡng của trẻ được sử dụng 2 loại sản phẩm có xu hướng được cải thiện tốt hơn sau 14, 21 ngày sử dụng sản phẩm. Nhóm can thiệp bằng sản phẩm Vibozyme có xu hướng cải thiện tốt hơn nhóm 2 ở một số dấu hiệu như thời gian ăn, nhân trắc. Có thể sử dụng Vibozyme như sản phẩm phòng chống biếng ăn ở trẻ sử dụng kháng sinh.

Effects of 2 products richs on micronutrients, plus bio-enzyme and probiotics or riches on micronutrient alone were inverstigated in children aged from 12-36 month, suffering from eating disorders after using antibiotics. The data on food consumption, eating disorders and anthropometrics were collected at the 7th, 14th, 21 days of supplementation, and also at day 35 (14 days after stoped of supplementation). The results indicated that the signs on nutritional disorders, food consumption were ameliored after 14, 21 days utilized products, then still positive effects after 14 days stoped using products. The Vibozyme products have some better advantage than the 2nd group (rich on micronutrient only). Vibozyme should be used such effect products for tretment and prevention of eating disorders in children associated with antibiotic utilisation.
