Nghiên cứu sản xuất viên bổ sung sắt, kẽm, vitamin C, axit folic và axit amin cho phụ nữ có thai. Nguyên liệu được chọn để sản xuất là premix đặt tại công ty DSM, đạm đậu tương của Mỹ và Whey Protein Concentrate. Nguyên liệu sau khi xát hạt được sấy làm 2 giai đoạn: giai đoạn 1: 40 độ C trong 6h và giai đoạn 2: 45 độ C trong 5h. Hạt sau khi sấy đạt độ ẩm 3%, với lực dập viên 1,9 tấn sẽ cho viên có chất lượng tốt. Sau khi sản xuất, sản phẩm có hàm lượng axit amin đạt 40% khối lượng viên, hàm lượng vitamin và khoáng chất theo liều dùng (2 viên/ ngày) đáp ứng 70 – 100% nhu cầu của phụ nữ có thai. Theo dõi thử nghiệm lâu dài và lão hóa cấp tốc trong 6 tháng, ngoại suy thời hạn sử dụng sản phẩm 24 tháng.

The study aimed produce tablets to supplement iron, zinc, vitamin C, folic acid and amino acid for pregnant women. Selected ingredients to produce were DSM premix, USA isolated soybean protein and whey protein concentrate. Materials after being granulated were dried into 2 phases: 1st phase: 40 degree C in 6 hours and 2nd phase: 45 degree C in 5 hours. Granules moisture after drying at 3%, with 1.9 ton of force will be put out tablets, which are of good quality. After production, the product has the amino acid content of 40% total weight, vitamins and minerals with a dose (2 tablets/day) to meet 70-100%  recommended  daily intake (RDI) of pregnant women. Tracking test in normal conditions and accelerated aging was conducted for 6 months, extrapolated using product term of 24 months.
