Đề tài “Chuẩn hóa thường quy định lượng Clenbuterol trong thịt lợn, thịt gà bằng phương pháp sắc ký lỏng hiệu năng cao (HPLC/UV)” được thực hiện tại phòng thí nghiệm Khoa TP – VSATTTP, và tiến hành khảo sát bước đầu tồn dư Clenbuterol trong thịt lợn, thịt gà tại một số chợ đầu mối địa bàn Hà Nội năm 2011. Sau khi được chuẩn hóa phương pháp định lượng Clenbuterol trong thịt, các thông số giá trị sử dụng của phương pháp phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn AOAC quốc tế, thường duy dễ áp dụng tại các phòng thử nghiệm ATTP tuyến tỉnh có thiết bị HPLC/ UV phục vụ công tác thanh tra, kiểm nghiệm. Đề tài phân tích 10 mẫu thịt gà, 10 mẫu thịt lợn phát hiện 2 mẫu thịt lợn và 2 mẫu thịt gà có tồn dư Clenbuterol.

To validate a method to analyze clenbuterol in pork/ chicken meats by High Performance Liquid Chromatography with detector UV and surveyed the clenbuterol residues in the main foodstuff markets in Hanoi, we carried out a study at Department of food hygiene and safety at the National Institute of Nutrition in 2011. This clenbuterol determining methods has the best validation parameters to satisfy the standards of the Association of Official Agricultural Chemists and it is easy to apply at the food control laboratories of Preventative Healths Centers at provincial level in Vietnam. This study had also analyzed clenbuterol residues of ten pork and thus detected two pork samples and two chicken samples that were contaminated with clenbuterol residues.
