Nghiên cứu thử nghiệm can thiệp cộng đồng có đối chứng, so sánh sau can thiệp giữa 2 nhóm với mục đích đánh giá hiệu quả cải thiện suy dinh dưỡng (SDD), rối loạn tiêu hóa, biếng ăn của cốm vi sinh Bebugold đối với trẻ em 3 – 5 tuổi được triển khai ở Bắc Giang từ tháng 11/2020 đến tháng 4/2021. Kết quả sau 2 tháng sử dụng cốm vi sinh Bebugold đã cải thiện tình trạng dinh dưỡng, tỷ lệ SDD thể thấp còi và SDD thể gày còm của trẻ nhóm can thiệp đã giảm có ý nghĩa thống kê so với nhóm đối chứng. Sử dụng cốm vi sinh Bebugold đã có hiệu quả cải thiện giảm một cách có ý nghĩa so với nhóm đối chứng.

Study on commuity – controlled intervention trial, comparing post – intervention be – tween 2 groups with the aim of evaluating the effect of improving nutrutional staytus, digestive disorders, anorexia of Bebugold micrbiology supplements for children 3 – 5 years old are deployed in Bac Giang from November 2020 to April 2021. The results after 2 months of using Bebugold microbiology supplements improved the nutritional status, the rate of stunting and wasting malnutrition of children in the intervention group decreased stuntically compared with the control group. Using Bebugold microbiology supplements has been effective in improving the child’s anorexia and con – stipation, the rate of anorexia and constipation of the intervention group significantly decreased compared to the control group.
