ở 2 dạng: viên nén bao phim và viên nang cứng ép vỉ. Dùng phương pháp
lão hoá cấp tốc đánh giá cho thấy cả 2 dạng sản phẩm đều có độ ổn định
về các chỉ tiêu vi sinh vật và độ tiêu protein theo thời gian bảo quản,
có thể sử dụng trong thời hạn trên 12 tháng....

lão hoá cấp tốc đánh giá cho thấy cả 2 dạng sản phẩm đều có độ ổn định
về các chỉ tiêu vi sinh vật và độ tiêu protein theo thời gian bảo quản,
có thể sử dụng trong thời hạn trên 12 tháng. Đề tài kiến nghị cho phép công bố chất lượng sản phẩm và mở rộng sản xuất 2 loại viên men tiêu hoá Pepsin - B1 với giá bán viên nang là 6.000 đồng/1 vỉ và viên nén 2.500 đồng/1 vỉ. Tuy nhiên, do có tính hút ẩm cao, sản phẩm cần được bảo quản ở điều kiện khô, nhiệt độ 2 - 15 độ C.
English summary: The
pilot study has developed the formula and production process for Pepsin
fortified with Vitamin B1 in 2 forms: tablet and capsule. Using
intensive deterioration method for evaluation, it is found that the 2
forms has qualified stability in both microbiology indicators and
protein destruction during its preservation. The product can be used
within 12 months. The study recommends to publicly announce the
product’s quality and to extend the production of the 2 forms of Pepsin
tablets/capsules fortified with Vitamin B1. However, as this product is
desicative, it should be stored in a dried place with temperature from 2
- 150C.
