quốc tế Nhật Bản (JICA) theo chương trình đối tác phát triển (JPP). Dự án thực
hiện từ tháng 11 năm 2005 đến tháng 11 năm 2008, tại thôn xã: thôn Huỳnh Cung,
xã Tam Hiệp, Thanh Trì, HN, thôn Ngang, xã Đại Mỗ, huyện Từ Liêm, Hà Nội và xã
Quang Trung, huyện Vụ Bản, tỉnh Nam Định.
Mục tiêu của Dự án SWAN là thiết lập và duy trì bền vững
mô hình quản ly và cung cấp nước sạch cho nhân dân ở các vùng nông thôn và
ngoại thành thông qua chương trình tham gia cộng đồng của các hộ gia đình.
Dự án SWAN gồm hai chương trình;
Chương
trình Giáo dục truyền thông (IEC) nhằm cung cấp cho người dân các kiến
thức về DD, VSTP và Quản lý nước sạch tại hộ gia đình: Thảo luận nhóm; tập
huấn TOT; hội nghị cho bà mẹ về VSATTP và DD; xuất bản tờ tin và in ấn
các tập tranh lật; tổ chức hội thi thơ và vẽ tranh về nước sạch và sức
khỏe, v.v…Chương
trình Kỹ thuật nhằm cải thiện chất lượng nước tại trạm bơm thông qua việc
cải tạo và trợ giúp kỹ thuật cho việc vận hành tốt trạm bơm. Dự án hỗ trợ
và hướng dẫn Ban quản lý nước, cán bộ vận hành trạm bơm cách sử dụng một
số test thử nhanh để kiểm tra chất lượng nước định kỳ, cách theo dõi việc
vận hành nước hàng ngày thông qua sổ nhật ký vận hành, v.v…

to improve nutritional status and health through measures to ensure water
safety is the involvement of communities in three rural communes of Vietnam
(Swan Project) conducted by the Institute of Nutrition and Institute International Life Science
Center Japan to enhance health (ILSI Japan CHP), with funding support from the
Organization Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) under development
partners program (JPP). The project conducted from
November 2005 to November 2008, in rural communes: rural Huynh Cung, Tam Hiep,
Thanh Tri, Hanoi, Horizontal village, Dai Mo
commune, Tu Liem district, Hanoi and Quang Trung
commune, Vu Ban district, Nam Dinh
Province.
Swan objective of the project is
to establish and maintain a sustainable management model and provide clean
water for people in rural and suburban areas through community participation
program of the household.
Swan Project consists of two
programs; Education Program communication
(IEC) to provide people with the knowledge of nutrition, food safety and
sanitation and water management in households: Discussion groups; training good
for her conference Mother of regarding food safety
and nutrition; newspaper publishing and printing files turned over war,
organized poetry and painting competitions on water and health, etc ... Technical Program aimed at
improving water quality through the pump station rehabilitation and technical
assistance for the operation of pumping well. Project
support and guide the management of water, pump station operation staff using a
rapid test to check water quality periodically and to monitor the operation of
water daily through time diaries administration, etc ...
