Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được tiến hành trên 127 bệnh nhân tại bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội và Bệnh viện Bạch Mai từ tháng 9/2016 đến tháng 4/2017, nhằm mô tả tình trạng dinh dưỡng của bệnh nhân ung thư đại trực tràng trước và sau phẫu thuật 7 ngày. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ nam, nữ lần lượt là 55,1% và 44,9%. Độ tuổi trung bình của các bệnh nhân là 60,9 ± 12,8. Tỷ lệ suy dinh dưỡng trước phẫu thuật theo BMI là 26%, tỷ lệ thừa cân béo phì chiếm 4,7%, nguy cơ suy dinh dưỡng mức độ nhẹ đến trung bình theo SGA là 33,9%, tỷ lệ giảm cân ≥10% trong vòng 6 tháng gần đây là 26%. Sau phẫu thuật, cân nặng của bệnh nhân giảm trung bình 1,5 ± 1,2kg, tỷ lệ suy dinh dưỡng mức độ nhẹ đến trung bình theo SGA là 96,8%. Sự thay đổi cân nặng sau phẫu thuật theo vị trí ung thư, theo giới tính và theo SGA trước phẫu thuật là khác nhau nhưng không có ý nghĩa thống kê. Cần chú ý nuôi dưỡng bệnh nhân ung thư đại trực tràng trước và sau phẫu thuật để làm giảm nguy cơ suy dinh dưỡng sau quá trình phẫu thuật.

Abstract

A cross-sectional study was conducted on 127 patients at the Hanoi Medical University Hospital and Bach Mai Hospital from September 2016 to April 2017 to describe the nutritional status of patients with cancer before and 7 days after surgery. The results show that male and female ratios are 55.1% and 44.9%, respectively. The mean age of the patients was 60.9 ± 12.8. According to BMI, the prevalence of undernutrition was 26%, overweight and obesity accounted for 4.7%, light to moderate malnutrition risk level assessed by SGA is 33.9%, weight loss rate higher than 10% in the last 6 months was 26%. After surgery, the patient's weight was reduced by an average of 1.5 ± 1.2 kg, and the malnutrition rate from light to moderate was 96.8% by SGA. Weight change after surgery by cancer position, sex and SGA before surgery was different but not statistically significant. Pay attention to feeding patients with colorectal cancer before and after surgery in order to to reduce the risk of malnutrition after surgery.
