Tóm tắt tiếng Việt: Kết quả nghiên cứu 94 sản phẩm thực phẩm chủ đạo của 94 cơ sở sản xuất thuộc quản lý của ngành Y tế, Công thương và Nông nghiệp & Phát triển nông thôn cho thấy: Về quy trình sản xuất: 97,9% quy trình sản xuất thực tế đúng với hồ sơ đăng ký: 93,6% nguyên liệu, phụ gia đưa vào sản xuất có nguồn gốc rõ ràng; 56,4% bao gói chứa đựng thực phẩm có nguồn gốc rõ ràng; 68,1% cơ sở thực hiện kiểm nghiệm định kỳ chất lượng sản phẩm: 82,9% cơ sở ghi nhãn sản phẩm đúng quy định. Về chất lượng sản phẩm: 52,4% mẫu nước uống đóng chai không phù hợp quy chuẩn kỹ thuật; 46,2% mẫu sản phẩm thuộc ngành Nông nghiệp & Phát triển nông thôn và ngành Công thương quản lý không phù hợp tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.

English summary: Results of a study on 94 products of the 94 manufacture under the management of Health sector, Industry, Trade, and Agriculture and Rural Development showed that: Regarding production process: 97.9% had actual production process following the registration documents; 93.6% had raw material and additives using in production with a clear origin; 56.4% had packaging containing products with a clear origin; 68.1% of facilities performed periodical tests of product quality; 82.9% followed product labeling regulations. Regarding the quality of the product samples: 52.4% of bottled water samples did not meet technical standards; 46.2% of the samples products under the management of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Industry and Trade Sector did not meet technical standards.
