53,5%. Tỷ lệ loãng xương tăng theo tuổi: nhóm tuổi từ 50-59 là 29,3%,
nhóm tuổi từ 60-70 là 53,5%. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ loãng xương của
phụ nữ mãn kinh trên 5 năm trong độ tuổi 50-70 tương đối cao 39,3%.
Nghiên cứu cho thấy tỷ lệ loãng xương tăng theo tuổi và theo thời gian
mãn kinh.
English summary: The
study carried out in 379 postmenopausal (over 5 years) women aged 50-70
years at Tam Hung commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi aimed to assess
osteoporosis status and related factors by a cross-sectional descriptive
survey. The
results showed that: Prevalence of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women
aged 50-70 years (no menses over 5 years) at Tam Hung - Thanh Oai
district was 39.3%; the rate of bone loss was 53.5%. The rate of
osteoporosis increases with age: 29.3% and 53.5% in age group 50-59 and
60-70 years old, respectively. Conclusion: Prevalence
of osteoporosis in postmenopausal (over 5 years) women aged 50-70 years
was relatively high (39.3%). Research showed that the rate of bone loss
increased with age and the menopause duration
