Tóm tắt

Suy dinh dưỡng chiếm tỷ lệ cao ở bệnh nhân ung thư (UT) đường tiêu hóa, làm giảm khả năng đáp ứng với phương pháp hóa trị liệu. Mục tiêu: (1) Đánh giá tình trạng dinh dưỡng của bệnh nhân ung thư đường tiêu hóa có điều trị hóa chất tại Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội. (2) Mô tả một số yếu tố liên quan đến tình trạng dinh dưỡng. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 164 bệnh nhân ung thư đường tiêu hóa điều trị hóa chất tại Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ BMI<18, 5 là 26,2%, 18, 5 ≤ BMI < 25là 70,1% và tỷ lệ BMI ≥ 25 là 3,7%. Theo PG-SGA, thì nguy cơ SDD nặng (PG-SGA C) là 15,4%, nguy cơ SDD nhẹ và vừa (PG-SGA B) là 43,8%, không có nguy cơ SDD (PG-SGA A) là 40,7%. Kết quả cũng cho thấy, nữ giới có nguy cơ SDD gấp 2,4 lần so với nam giới (p<0, 05). Và những người mắc ung thư dạ dày có nguy cơ SDD gấp 2,2 lần so với những người mắc ung thư đại- trực tràng (p<0, 05).

Abstract

Malnutrition is common in patients with gastrointestinal cancer, making treatment less effective and poor respond to chemotherapy. Objectives: (1) To assess the nutritional status of patients with gastrointestinal cancer receiving chemotherapy. (2) Describle some related factors to nutritrion status. Method: A cross-sectional study in 164 patients with gastrointestinal cancer receiving chemotherapy in Hanoi medical university hospital. Results and conclusion: the prevalence of patients with BMI <18.5 was 26.2 %; normal (18.5≤ BMI < 25) was 70.1 % and overweight (BMI≥25) was 3.7%. According to PGSGA classification, the proportion of PG-SGA C was 15.4 %, PG-SGA B was 43.8 %, PG-SGA A was 40.7%. In this study, female patients had higher risk of malnutrition than male patients (OR = 2.4, p<0.05). Patients with gastric cancer were at higher risk of becoming malnourished than patients with colorectal cancer (OR = 2.2, p<0.05).
