Đái tháo đường (ĐTĐ) là một bệnh lý nghiêm trọng đang gia tăng và có nhiều biến chứng nguy hiểm. Đánh giá sớm nguy cơ tiến triển bệnh từ khi bình thường, tiền đái tháo đường (TĐTĐ) rất quan trọng để dự phòng và làm chậm sự phát triển của bệnh.

Mục tiêu: Xác định một số yếu tố nguy cơ và dự đoán tỷ lệ tiến triển thành ĐTĐ theo thang điểm FINDRISC của đối tượng nghiên cứu để kiểm soát tỷ lệ ĐTĐ từ đối tượng có yếu tố nguy cơ.

Phương pháp: thiết kế nghiên cứu mô tả ở 240 bệnh nhân từ 45 tuổi đến dưới 70 tuổi đến khám tại khoa khám bệnh Cán bộ Bệnh viện Trung ương Quân đội 108 từ tháng 8-11/2015.

Kết quả: Các yếu tố nguy cơ của TĐTĐ: Người trên 55 tuổi có nguy cơ mắc TĐTĐ cao hơn người dưới 55 tuổi (OR=1,87, 95%CI:1,06-3,32); Có tiền sử gia đình về ĐTĐ (OR=3,17, 95%CI:1,4-7,17); vòng eo to (OR=2,15, 95%CI:1,22-3,81); thừa cân béo phì (OR=1,98, 95%CI:1,11-3,53); lạm dụng bia rượu (OR=2,44, 95%CI:1,35-4,42); Ước tính tỷ lệ tiến triển ĐTĐ týp 2 trong 10 năm tới, nhóm bình thường 7,0%; nhóm TĐTĐ 19,6%.

Diabetes is a chronic disease which is increasing and has many serious complications. Early assessment of the pre-diabetes is important to prevent and make slowly the progression of the disease. Objective: To identify risk factors and to predict the rate of progression to diabetes via FINDRISC score hence controlling the rate of diabetes from those with risk factors. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 240 patients aged from 45 to 70 years old who visited the Department of General Hospital Military Center Hospital 108 between August and November 2015. Results: Diabetes risk factors included: age (over 55 years- OR =1.87, 95%CI: 1.06 -3.22); family history of diabetes (OR = 3.17, 95%CI: 1,40-7.17); the waist was higher than normal (OR = 2.15, 95%CI: 1.22-3.81); Overweight-obesity (OR = 1,98, 95%CI: 1,11-3,53); alcohol abuse (OR = 2,44, CI95%: 1,35-4,42). To estimate of diabetes percently in next ten years in pre-diabetes group was 19.6%; normal group was 7.0%.
