Mục tiêu: Mô tả hoạt động thể lực (HĐTL) của trẻ 5 tuổi.

Phương pháp: 96 trẻ (51 trai, 45 gái) 5 tuổi, trường mẫu giáo mầm non A Hà Nội được cân đo, đo chiều cao, đo gia tốc kế (Omoron Active style Pro HJA-350IT) vùng thắt lưng phía trước bên phải. Trẻ đeo máy lúc thức và khi chạy, nhảy trong vòng 5 ngày liên tục trong tuần, không đeo máy khi tắm, bơi. Thông số HĐTL từ máy được tải về máy tính bằng phần mềm Omron Bi-Link.

Kết quả: 97,9% trẻ thực hiện ≥ 60 phút/ ngày HĐTL mức độ vừa trở lên, thời gian HĐTL mức vừa trở lên đạt 143,9 phút/ ngày, số bước đi bộ là 6.454 bước/ ngày. So với ngưỡng cần đạt 21 MET-giờ/ tuần, 100% trẻ đáp ứng đúng theo lời khuyên HĐTL. Chỉ số HĐTL hay PAL của trẻ là 1,86. Tỷ lệ % thời gian dành cho HĐTL mức nhẹ: vừa: nặng ở trẻ trai là 73,9% : 22,9% : 3,2% và ở trẻ gái là 77,2%: 20,7%: 2,1%.

Kết luận: Trẻ 5 tuổi trường mẫu giáo mầm non A Hà Nội có lối sống tích cực HĐTL, số lượng HĐTL đạt yêu cầu.

Objective: To describe physical activity (PA) among 5 year old children.

Method: Body weight and height of 96 children (51 boys, 45 girls) at 5 years old at the kindergarten A Ha Noi were measured. Subjects were asked to wear an accelerometer (Omron Active style Pro HJA – 350IT) while awake, during running of walking for 5 consecutive weekdays and not to wear while taking a bath or swimming. PA parameters from the device were transferred to the computer using the software Omron Bi-Link.

Results: 97.9% of children performed moderate-to-vigorous PA ≥ 60 min/ day, duration of moderate-to-vigorous PA was 143.9% min/day, the number of steps was 6.454 steps/day. Compared to the cutoff of 21 MET-hour/wk, 100% of subjects had adequate quantity of PA. the physical activity level “PAL” was 1.86. Proportion of time spent for light: moderate: vigorous PA among boys were 73.94%: 22.86%: 3.20%, respectively and those among girls were 77.16%: 20.71%:2.13%.

Conclusion: 5 year old children at the kindergarten A Hanoi are physically active, their quantity of PA is adequate.
