In a cross-sectional survey among 2783 laborers working in 5 vocational village groups in 3 provinces of Thai Binh, Nam Dinh and Hai Phong, it is found that Pignet index of those subjects is quite good (healthy people took 66.4%), males are healthier than females, those working in salt production and sea fishing are healthier than other occupations/ Overweight/obese rate is 17%, higher in salt producers (20.0%) and fishermen (24.0%), and lowest in tobacco planters (16.2%) with p<0.05; CED rate is 27.4%, highest in weavers and dyers (35.3%). Females have the waist/hip ratio and fat proportion higher than males (p<0.05), and there is a difference among various occupations with p<0.05.
Qua điều tra cắt ngang 2783 người lao động tại 5 nhóm làng nghề thuộc 3 tỉnh Thái Bình, theo phương pháp cắt ngang, mô tả có phân tích cho thấy: Nam loại khỏe (66,4%), ở nam khỏe hơn nữ, người lao động ở nghề muối, đánh bắt hải sản khỏe hơn so với nghề khác.
