Nghiên cứu cắt cắt ngang mô tả trên hơn 1600 phụ nữ độ tuổi sinh đẻ được triển khai năm 2004 tại huyện Thanh Miện, tỉnh Hải Dương với mục tiêu đánh giá tình trạng dinh dưỡng và thiếu máu của phụ nữ độ tuổi sinh đẻ (15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49). Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy tỷ lệ thiểu năng lượng trường diễn ra ở phụ nữ tuổi sinh đẻ năm 2004 là 36,8%. Tỷ lệ thừa cân béo phì là 3,6%. Tỷ lệ thiếu máu của PNĐTSĐ huyện Thanh Miện là 9,3%. Tỷ lệ thiếu máu tăng cao ở nhóm 20-29 tuổi (10,5%) và cao nhất ở nhóm tuổi 40-49 là 16,3%.

Abstract:
A cross- sectional study on more than 1600 reproductive- aged women was conducted in 2004 in Thanh mien district, Hai Duong province. The objective of the study was to assess nutritional status and anemia among women in reproductive age from 15 to 49. The findings showed that prevalence of CED, over weight and anemia among reproductive aged women were 36.8%, 3.6% and 9.3% respectively. The prevalence of anemia was on the rise in the group of 20-29 years old (10.5%) and it was highest in the group of 40-49 years old.
