I. Basic nutrition training course (including theory and practice )

II. Training course on Nutrition and Dietetics (according to the needs of the organization or individual)
Subjects: 8 health workers, currently working or preparing to work at the nutrition department of hospitals in the following provinces: Binh Dinh, Hanoi Traditional Medicine Hospital, Agricultural Hospital, Vinh Phuc General Hospital, Nghe An General Hospital, Cam Pha General Hospital, Quang Ninh
Content:
- For students studying for 1 month: Students are equipped with the theory of general therapeutic nutrition principles and some chronic, acute, and post-operative nutrition-related diseases commonly encountered in hospitals. Practice at the hospital the skills: menu development, menu preparation, food coordination and management, meals, and food safety and hygiene control.
- For students studying for 3 months: in addition to the above knowledge and practical skills, they will be equipped with how to design and build a standard hospital nutrition department (including personnel and equipment), how to manage and control outside hospital catering contractors to ensure the quality of the menu built by the hospital nutrition department is prepared according to standards.
- Time: 6 days theory
Location: theory study at the lecture hall of the training center of the Institute of Nutrition
III. Training course on Nutrition and Dietetics (according to the needs of the agency or individual)
- Subjects: 8 health workers, currently working or preparing to work at the nutrition department of hospitals in the following provinces: Binh Dinh, Hanoi Traditional Medicine Hospital, Agricultural Hospital, Vinh Phuc General Hospital, Nghe An General Hospital, Cam Pha General Hospital, Quang Ninh

- Time: 7 days of theory at the Institute of Nutrition and practical training at 19/8 Hospital and Bach Mai Hospital depending on student needs, 1 or 3 months
