  1. Tip #1: Eat a variety of foods and make sure you get enough of the four groups: carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins and minerals.

  2. Tip #2: Combine animal and plant protein sources, eat shrimp, crab, fish and beans.

  3. Tip #3: Eat a reasonable combination of vegetable oil and animal fat, should eat sesame and peanuts.

  4. Tip #4: Use iodized salt, do not eat salty food.

  5. Tip #5: Eat fruits and vegetables every day.

  6. Tip #6: Ensure food safety in selecting, preparing and storing food.

  7. Tip #7: Drink enough clean water every day.

  8. Tip #8: Breastfeed immediately after birth, exclusively breastfeed for the first 6 months, supplement with appropriate foods, and continue breastfeeding until 24 months.

  9. Tip #9: Children over 6 months and adults should use milk and dairy products appropriate for their age.

  10. Tip #10: Increase physical activity, maintain a healthy weight, do not smoke, limit alcohol, carbonated drinks and sweets.
