Malnutrition among children under five years old in Vietnam has been reduced significantly; however, it remains high and was distributed imbalance in different geographical, residential and ethnical areas. Objectives: to determine the prevalence of malnutrition amongst children under 5 years old and associated factors in Cong Hai and Phuoc Chinh communes, Ninh Thuan province.
The study aims to describe the situation of food safety and related factors of food service providers in Hagiang city, Hagiang province. A cross- sectional study was conducted on 120 food producers and sellers at 120 food services facilities.
Objectives: A case – control study was conducted in 126 pre-diabetic patients and 126 healthy adults in order to define some risk factors of pre-diabetes. Method: Anthropometric indices (weight, height) and levels of glucose of fasting blood samples were measured.

Method: A cross-sectional study was performed in 552 students of three secondary schools, Phu Cat District, Binh Dinh Province. Students were weighted and categorized by gender and age. The food frequency consumption of student was evaluated with questionnaires.
