Tóm tắt tiếng Việt: Từ 1995 đến 2004, trong
khuôn khổ Kế hoạch hành động Quốc gia dinh dưỡng 1996-2000 và Chiến lược
Quốc gia dinh dưỡng 2001-2010, các hoạt động can thiệp liên ngành đã
được triển khai tại huyện điểm Thường Tín. Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá hiệu
quả cải thiện an ninh thực phẩm hộ gia đình sau 10 năm triển khai các
hoạt động can thiệp phối hợp liên ngành. Tiến hành điều tra cắt ngang
nhắc lại sau 10 năm can thiệp tại 6 xã được chọn ngẫu nhiên trong số 7
xã đã được điều tra ban đầu trên các đối tượng là các hộ gia đình. Kết
quả cho thấy tỷ lệ các hộ thiếu gạo ăn chỉ còn 1,3%. Chi phí cho ăn
uống, khả năng tiếp cận với các thức ăn động vật và quả chín tăng. Như
vậy, về cơ bản Thường Tín đã giải quyết được nạn thiếu ăn giáp vụ, bữa
ăn của nhân dân được cải thiện hơn không những về số lượng mà cả về
chủng loại và chất lượng thực phẩm.
English summary: From
1995 to 2004, in the framework of the national plan of action for
nutrition 1996-2000 and national strategy for nutrition 2001-2010, a
number of multi-sectoral activities have been implemented in Thuong Tin -
a pilot district of Ha Tay province. The study is to evaluate the
impact of 10 year-multi-sectoral activities on household food and
nutrition security status. A repeated cross-sectional survey was
conducted in 6 communes randomly selected among 7 baseline communes. the
results showed that the proportion of households with food shortage was
1,3%. Food expenditure, food accessibility, especially that of animal
original foods and fruits increased basically, the household
pre-harvest food shortage has been solved in Thuong Tin district. The
population's dietary intake has been improved in terms of both quantity
and quality.
